Tri It For Life Triathlon Training for Women - Charleston, SC

Tri It For Life Charleston trains for the She Tris Super Sprint Triathlon that takes place at the I’On Club in Mt. Pleasant, South Carolina.

Our 12-week training program for Charleston begins in March with a Kick Off celebration. At Kick Off we’ll get you ready for training with a LOT of valuable information, an enthusiastic welcome and a swag bag with some gear to get you started. Mentors will be there to answer all your questions and you will get to meet your fellow athletes that will be joining you on this journey!

Once training begins, mentors will be on hand to guide you through swimming, biking and running. Our training venues include areas in and around Charleston and Mount Pleasant, including the facilities at the I’On Club.

 

A typical weekly schedule for Charleston training might look like this:

Weekend training will be early morning or mid-morning depending on our venues. Training during the week is usually in the evenings after work but the schedule may also include an early morning opportunity to train.
