Tri It For Life - Athlete Requirements

What do athletes need to have to complete twelve weeks of training and cross the finish line?

 

Athletes MUST have:
 

 Running Shoes

 

 Bike (Any type, borrowed, used, or new)

 

 Bike Helmet

 

 Water Bottle

 Goggles

 

 Swim Cap (We provide thanks to generous sponsors!)

 

 Swimsuit

 

 Sports Bra

 

This list seems like a lot and can be overwhelming to a new athlete but remember, this is an investment in YOU. There are inexpensive options and mentors will guide new athletes in where to go, what to get, and most importantly, how to make sure it fits.

Not all shoes, sports bras, and bikes are created equal. These items need to fit you.
